FAQ - Shipping & Delivery

• Where do you ship to?

  We ship our products worldwide.

• What are the shipping and delivery charges?

  We offer free shipping to mainland Europe and the UK. For the rest of the world, the shipping charges will be calculated according to the total weight of your order, at the checkout stage.

• Will I have to pay any additional duties and taxes before delivery?

  There will be no additional duties and taxes for all orders sent within the EU or to the UK.

• When will my order be shipped?

  We endeavour to dispatch every order on the same day that it is received.

• How quickly will my order be delivered?

  We use fast shipping services that usually deliver within 1 – 5 days. DPD and DHL are our primary couriers.

• Where will my order be dispatched from?

  EU orders will either be dispatched from the Netherlands or from one of our other European warehouses, and UK orders will be dispatched from the UK.
